Objective: This training invites the participants to practice a form of meditation that will help them relax their body, calm their mind, and let go of negative energy.
Duration: 70 minutes
Group size: How ever many yoga mats fit within a room (allow space for movement)
Material: The music provided by Osho Meditations, Yoga mats, casual/loose clothing, audio system
Method: meditation, experiential learning
Recommendation: It is highly recommended to offer this meditation back-to-back as a final training after the first two with breaks per training (the first training is then focused on gaining awareness, the second one on dealing with micro-aggressions).
