Activity 7: The Body Scan Meditation

Objective: This training invites participants to process their experience and become more aware of (the link between) their needs and their body. This will help them when having to move forward after a difficult situation, arising from micro-aggressions.  

Duration: 40 minutes  

Group size: max. 14 people
