Objectives: The exercise (adapted from the Ayalon and Flasher 1993) will help you envision a safe place that you can return to mentally whenever you need or wish to do so. Your safe place needs to have limited access and needs to provide you with a sense of protection and security. You can find or create a safe place anywhere you choose.
