Activity 4: Expressive Writing Exercise

Learning Objective: To process emotions and coping with stressors. The writing exercise allows people to reflect on meaningful memories, and then capture details of the day, to focus on building confidence, as well as reducing troublesome stress without judging themselves for how or what they are feeling.

Material: Meditative music, speakers, notebooks, pencils.
