Activity 19: Exposing Yourself Safely - Flower Diagram

Objectives: With certain micro- aggressive messages or personal “attacks”, it happens that the message “emotionally hijacks” us and momentarily freezes our response. And often such a message can be quite traumatic for the recipient. Therefore, it makes sense to use the strength-building exercise presented below after the event. If you want to take a part of a memory or an entire memory and look at it in more detail, the flower diagram can serve as a guide.

Duration: 60 – 90 minutes

Group size: Individual, but it is also applicable to a small group
