Objective: This training invites the participants to reflect with self-compassion and emotional distance on their reactive behavior in situations where they unintentionally committed a micro-aggression. This training also gives them tools to process their experience and to learn to respond in a non-defensive, proactive manner.
Duration: 40 – 60 minutes

Material: relaxation music, handout sheet for participants, pens, and additional paper to write on.
