Activity 11: RAIN of Compassion

Objective:  This training invites the participants to practice radical compassion for themselves and others through a meditative, mindfulness method.  

Duration: 60-70 minutes  

Group size: 12 (number divided by 2) 

Material: Whiteboard or flip chart, audiovisual system, a spacious room 

Method: Reflection, meditation, vulnerability, discussion 

Recommendation: Please let these meditations be guided by experienced mindfulness trainers, who can be found all over Europe.
