Activity 2: Orienting Gong Awareness

Objectives: Every experience is transient and moves on. Just like the fading sound of a gong, your unpleasant experience can fade as well. The objective of this exercise is to use sound in emotional overload. the therapeutic effect of sound helps us relax and regulates psycho-physical well-being.
