Activity 8: Anchoring Healthy Boundaries

Objectives: This tool is helpful in establishing a safe body boundary, as well as the expression of saying “no” with a powerful gesture. Using own arms to defend is an instinctive neurological movement that can be used consciously to feel the “no” that the mind wants to express. 

Duration: 30 minutes

Group size: Individual, but it is also applicable to a small group
