Step 2: Protecting Sequence

  1. Cross your arms in front of your face as your body leans away. It is another way to say “stop” or set a slight boundary. 
  2. Tune into the protective quality that your arms are giving you.
  3. You can protect your body.
  4. What words can go with this body stance (e.g. security, self-protection, safety, coherence, etc.)
