Objective: This exercise equips the participants with micro-intervention strategies to defend themselves and others when experiencing or witnessing a micro-aggression and make the perpetrator aware of their behavior.
Duration: 90 minutes
Group size: up to 15 (a number preferably dividable by 3)

Recommendation: We advise that participants have already participated in previous training to gain awareness of what micro-aggressions are (or are acquainted with the topic already).
