The facilitator breaks the up group in smaller groups of 3 people, and lets them discuss the following questions (5 minutes):
What do you think is useful about these tactics?
Which tactic have you already been using, or would you like to use in the future?
How can you use these tactics in a professional setting?
Which one do you think you will have difficulty with?
Try to practice them during the roleplay.
After 5 minutes of discussion are over, the group will roleplay for three rounds and play out the abovementioned example. They can use example sentences or produce their own. The roles are divided into perpetrator, witness, and target. Each participant plays a different role per round so everyone gets a chance to practice the tactics (15 minutes).
