The facilitator poses reflective questions to find out how this training impacted the participants (15 minutes).

  1. What did you think of the exercises?
  2. Which method stood out the most to you, and why?
  3. How can boundaries and self-care help? What are their limitations?
  4. What have you learned from this training? What do you hope to do differently in the future?
  5. What did you learn or notice within yourself (thoughts, feelings, etc.) while doing the exercise?
  6. How does this exercise and what you are learning from this exercise translate into your professional and/or personal life?
  7. What can be implemented as procedures and policies within your work setting?
