Step 5: Money

The facilitator gives each group a sheet with privileges and passes out the scraps of paper that have different amounts of money on them. Each group is given only one scrap of paper. The amounts vary from €400 – €1500. The facilitator informs everyone about the amount of money given per group, so the participants are aware of the economic disparity.
