After everyone has finished journaling, the facilitator briefly asks a few questions to check in with the participants (10 minutes).  

  • How did this exercise make you feel? 
  • Did you still feel defensive? If so, what did you do? 
  • Was there anything during this training that surprised you? 
  • What have you learned from this exercise? What will you take with you? 
  • How does this exercise and what you are learning from this exercise translate into your job or work?
