Step 4: Discussion

The facilitator poses reflective questions to find out how this training impacted the participants (15 minutes). The following questions:  

  1. What did you think of the body scan?
  2. What did you notice within yourself (thoughts, feelings, etc.) while doing the body scan?
  3. What stood out the most to you after filling out the sheet, and why? 
  4. How could body scans or meditation in general help you in your life?
  5. How does this training and what you are learning from this exercise translate into your professional and/or personal life?
