Step 3: Reflection

Activity 1 (Imagine the safe place): From now on, whenever you feel the need, you can return to your good and safe place and draw strength from it.

Activity 2 (Making the collage): The purpose of the vison board is to use the symbols, images, words that we used in the creation often. We focus our attention especially in the morning, as soon as we wake up and/or in the evening before going to bed. At that time, our brain is closer to the alpha state (awake state Beta brain waves), which is particularly important for internalizing messages.
