Activity 6: The Breathing Space

Objective:  This training invites the participants to experience how they can calm their nervous system by using mindfulness meditation. This technique will help them to reduce their fight-flight-freeze response when confronted with a micro-aggression or told you committed a micro-aggression.  

Duration: 45 – 60 minutes
