  1. What does the body have to say now?
  2. On a scale from 1 to 10, mark the stability (centering) of the body.
  3. On a scale from 1 to 10, mark your sense of inner strength.
  4. Before performing the exercise again to gain physical and inner emotional stability and strength, mark your physical and emotional strength on the scale and compare with each other at the end of the exercise.
