Step 4: Answer the Questions

The facilitator invites the participants to evaluate each situation, but with the difference that the participants do not evaluate “their” situation and their game, but only the others. The rating can range from 1 to 5, with 5 being the best rating and 1 being on the opposite side of the continuum, i.e., the worst. Participants give ratings only and do NOT intersect them. This will be done in the next step. The facilitator writes the ratings in a table, which is used as a basis for the next step, i.e., discussion.
