Step 3: Draw a Card (round 2)

The facilitator walks past each group and lets them pick a card (they cannot see what is on the card). Then they offer them a handout with the questions the group can discuss. One person writes down the answers so they can be shared during the reflection. The facilitator keeps making rounds to provide stereotypes if the participants fail to produce their own or do not feel comfortable bringing them up (see handout for the facilitator). 10 minutes is given to this part of the exercise, the facilitator will announce when time is up and for the group to move to the next step.
