Step 2.1: For a Group

When working in a group, the facilitator starts discussion about definition of persons postures or their emotions and search for different opinions of participants. All discuss why they assign concrete emotion for respective picture.

Then try this role play as in the theatre: Participant A is a seller and participant B is a buyer. Other participants are sitting and watching the scenario-conversation between seller and buyer with emphasis on body language. They are making notes. Scenario A: The salesperson already has the feeling that he/she cannot wait for the end of the shift and is nervous or unfocused. The buyer is a woman with hair covered as in burka, or a man for example with Jewish head cap – yarmulka. Scenario B: The seller is calm and in good mood, because it is nice sunny morning. The buyer is also calm and cheerful.
