If there is no real issue, facilitator can suggest an example: You are at the construction site of any beautiful building or palace. There are many individuals working there, a painter, electrician, a mason, a carpenter and a supervisor.
The participants can choose their job position. Then facilitator will ask them to describe what they are doing at that construction site.
The point is, if they are describing their exact work (painter would say he is painting a wall, the electrician would say that he is laying electrical cables, etc.), that is not a way of outcome thinking. If someone would say that he is building a palace – that is an example of outcome-based thinking. This could be applied on the real-life situations as well.
