Step 1: Introduction

When a person is behaving in limited, unhelpful and unresourceful way, helping him/her to reframe focus on outcomes, not on problem itself, is another way how to grow in department of outcome thinking.

Outcome-based thinking gives us the power to choose, to respond and to change.

When we start visualizing the end (outcome) in our mind, we will approach situations differently. In personal, everyday situations – an argument, a casual conversation with loved ones, or while witnessing a micro-aggression of colleague – when we focus on outcomes, the parties involved become more aligned and the outcome becomes more positive and predictable. With this aim, facilitator will start the session.
