Step 2: Pre-visualization Phase

  1. Identify a micro-aggressive event, place or environment where you feel excitement, fear, discomfort, helplessness, anxiety. Write it down on a piece of paper.
  2. Identify when you first start to experience any sensation of this unpleasant feelings or/and emotional state. What is that sensation? Write it down.
  3. Now identify what are you typically doing prior to the start of your feeling. What are you thinking? What are you feeling?
