Step 2: Reading the Statements

In the handout, each participant reads each statement in Column A. They think critically about how a person could interpret the statements as a “put down.” Then, they draw a line connecting the statement to what they believe is the best possible interpretation from Column B. They prepare themselves to explain each choice.
